My DX-05 Afrika Korps Zundapps

Here is my first attempt on airbrushed Afrika Korps Zundapps. Applied far too much weathering on it and the results were DISASTEROUS!

Now I've purchased another DX-05 afrika Korps Zundapps and have not got the confidence to have another go on weathering my second Zundapps by airbrush.

Now I am considering buying a new proper airbrush with compressor. Noises doesn't bother me 'cos I'm profoundly Deaf by birth.

I think it looks great! It looks like a very dusty motorcycle which I'm sure they were after spending some time in a dry desert.

Why do you feel that you've overdone it?

Sure does look like it has been out in the desert to me. I would not touch it.

I agree... if you look at any of the desert photos, the dust, dirt, grime all build up and then bakes in so to speak. I think that the effect looks good. I would not change it.

If anything, I would do something with that Mac in the background LOL. J/k. You did a great job on this, I wouldn't mess with it.
