my BG Sdkfz 234/2 Puma...

Here's my Puma I got from Tim and the Battlegrounds Vehicles guys. Overall a pretty good value. I had lower expectations when this thing arrived since everyone complains about these rotomold vehicles being "bath-tub toys." I was expecting Desimone quality. I'm happy to say my expectations were surpassed! There were no glaring misproportions or asymmentries. Granted, some of the details are soft and there was some sanding to do but a lot less work than I had expected. Most of the pores in the plastic went away when I painted and the spot putty seems to have stuck. I mostly sanded smooth molding lines and remade the visors. I made new hatches and used PW hinges on them.

Final paint:

I'm pretty content with the overall vehicle.

Very nice! I like the camo job and how it blends in with the shadows outside. :!:

What did you use to mount the axles?

Very nice! It turned out well ! Everyone can see how the stock version turns out. By the way, I like your dio area , looks like alot of work went into those buildings and such ! One day I want to do that.

Thanks Dennis! My little village will be expanding when I have the time. Things are kind of plain but there's always room for improvement.

Axles are mounted with brackets I cut from 3/4" pvc sheet and fastened with hex-head sheet metal screws. The bottom of mine had the weird angle so it was impossible to get the vehicle to sit level. Also the tires/wheels are a bit oversized so I needed to lower them a bit.
