Its made by Keltec, they consider it a handgun. It fire .22 LR, 27+1 cap.

Hey GB, is your Mg-34 a dummy or a real one? Only reason I ask is I have one of the TNW semi-auto ones. I was curious if you could have that in Cali?

It is a real one that was receiver cut many years ago. It was legal then but not any more, it is Grandfathered. We cannot even buy a resin copy anymore.
