For the past few months between busy schedules and numerous phone calls exchanged, I have been trying to get Mark logged in correctly so that he may answer the questions that have been put forth before him here. In the mean time while we continue to try to get the IT side straightened out, Mark graciously emailed me his responses this morning. The email transcript is posted below.
