    The board will be in a state of disarray as I get things sorted out, for a little while at least.

    The new incarnation is using Xenforo as the system software. It is much like what we are used to, with a few differences. I will see about making a FAQ to help point out the differences for the members.

     

    One IMPORTANT difference for all of us old timers is that the 'mail' system is replaced with what are called 'conversations'/

    There is no 'Inbox' or 'Out box' or 'Sent' folders anymore.

    Think of Conversations as private 'threads' or topics that don't exist in a forum, that you start with another member. NOTE: Conversations can include more than one member if you or someone else in the conversaion, likes.
    Takes a little getting used to but I am sure you all can get a hang of it.

     

    Only a slightly modified default default Xenforo style is available for now. Once the new SAG style is ready it will be available.

    All existing users should be able to login with their usernames and passwords once the site goes up.

Woodgrain and leather repaint service.

Hello all,

I am willing to start a woodgrain repaint service if anyone has absolutely anything in they'd like looking better.
Pictures of my repaints can be viewed in the gallery.

At the moment I will be repainting Skis, wooden rifle parts, crates. Available in the light and dark option of stains.

If there is enough interest I will start taking orders.

Prices will be determined on the amount of demand there is but I am thinking along the lines of

$7.50US pair of Skis
$5.00US per Crate (multiples cheaper)
$2.50 per rifle
$2.00 per BAR.

Will also weather and wear leather items.

Sorry I probably forgot to add that no this does not include shipping to and from the customer.
Due to people being in different regions the postage would have to be calculated based on their location, how quickly they'd want it posted back, optional insurance, etc.

If there is anyone interested I could work out their postage if they provide me their

Wow didn't expect such a large reply.
Rilfes would take approx 7 days to do and to dry properly before I can send them back to avoid any paint and detail damage.
Sorry what do you mean by string them? Just put all the leather slings on and weather?
I can do these for you both if you'd like?
Please pm me for address details and I will not accept payment for them straight up. I will do the work and inform you when they are done and then I'll ask for payment.
As I am a full time student and studying hard at the moment completion times may vary.
