How do I fit the Alfons crampons?

Hi,

Does anyone have any images or instructions, on how to fit the Alfons crampons to a boot?

Thanks.

Gary

Grüß Di' Gebirgsjäger Gary,

Here are some images to help you with the crampons:

Let me know if you need more and I'll take some more photos.

Horrido!

Hi,

Many thanks for the reply, and the help with the crampon and boots especially with the the bottom picture.
As it has all suddenly become clear to me now, how they are assembled.

If i may ask, do you have a picture of the snow shoes fitted to the boot?

And have you fitted the gaiters from the Toys City mountain figure, as that is another item that is puzzling me.
As it has the wide end, the material for the gaiter and a buckle end, and i just cannot see how that assembles either.

Many thanks.

Gary

Servus Gebirgler Gary,

The snowshoes tie up just like the crampons in 1:1 scale. The DML snowshoes need a little modification to be more accurate:

I have to scan the instructions on how to wrap the Wickelgamaschen.

Horrido!

Hi,

Is the fourth picture down in the images above 1/6th scale?
Because the snow shoe on the left looks so realistic.

And many thanks for all the images, which i have saved off for reference material.

Gary,

Only the first two photos are 1:1 scale snowshoes...the rest are 1/6th scale. They are not too hard to string up like the real ones.

Berg Heil!
